Dichotomous Key

Dichotomous Keys are a visual aid organized into a series of pairs of descriptive characteristics.  You compare the organism to the descriptions to narrow down species options so a scientist can identify the organism.

It’s basically a fancy word for classification!

Here are some resources to help you review….can you complete the activities?  Feel free to print out your activity and hand it in for some extra credit…See you tomorrow 🙂
