We are learning all about microscopes…do you know the difference between the fine & coarse adjustment? What is the diaphragm’s job? Check out the websites below and also make sure you know all of the definitions for each part of the microscope and that you can label each part on a diagram

1) put the slide on the stage

2) put the clips on the slide

3) bring the stage up

4) put the focus on low

5) give it a look & you’re ready to go

  Sorry you feel that way "robert" or "bob" but many students from around the world use this website to review science basics. Did you attempt to click on each picture to take you out to the actual website that offers the interactives? That would help. Also, please stop submitting rude comments...they have to be approved first anyway, otherwise I will contact your school district as it is listed with the IP address that you are commenting from.
