Percent Proportion ex.1

We are starting to learn the Percent Proportion in class.  Here is a video that reviews how to set up these types of problems.

Remember:

• The % is written as a fraction with a denominator of 100
• IS over OF is the easiest way to recall which number goes where in the proportion.
• Cross multiply & then divide to determine the value of the variable
